    1. Drive wheel

    Drive wheels transfer the power of the engine to the floor, setting the vehicle in motion.

    Extra Heavy: wheeldiameter 250<>600 mm / tread width 100<>200 mm with loading capacity till 9200kg.

    Heavy: wheeldiameter 150<>500 mm /  tread width 80 mm with loading capacity till 3000kg.

    Medium: wheeldiameter 100<>400 mm / tread width 65 mm with laoding capacity till 1900kg.

    Basic: wheeldiameter 100<>250 mm /  tread width 40<>80 mm with loading capacity till 1800kg.

    Light: wheeldiameter 80<>300 mm /  tread width 30<>50 mm with loading capacity till 1200kg. 

    2. Guiding wheel

    A guide wheel or roller ensures that an object follows the trajectory. The guide roller rolls into a profile or on a rail that determines the trajectory. When guiding, the forces on the wheel are usually limited. Impact load or taking turns give extra load on the wheel.

    ZZ or 2RS precision ball bearing, stainless steel core, roughened tread, corrosion resistant stainless steel bearings, hydrolysis resistant Vulkollan®, cold store bearings, rectify tread, convex or concave tread, alternative hardnesses for higher load capacity

    Applications: Conveyor and transport systems, sorting systems, goods handling, revolving doors, conveyors, fitness equipment, lifts, escalators, robots and automations, warehouse cranes, cable cars in cranes, harbour cranes, skid rollers, shuttles

    3. Load wheel single or castor

    Load wheels carry the load of the device. These wheels are available separately or in forks (fixed/swivel/swivel+brake/center bold fix/center bold brake).
    Vulkoprin offers load wheels for light, medium and heavy duty.

    Standard wheels, single or in fork, available out of stock.

    Options: Stainless steel, corrosion protection, hydrolysis resistant Vulkollan®, electrically conductive Vulkollan®, convex or concave tread, rectifying, stainless steel  bearings, alternative hardnesses for more damping or higher load capacity.

    Customized: A customized housing construction with damping polyurethane tread made of Vulkollan® or Printhane™, with a long service life.

    4. Rollers

    Products made of Vulkollan® polyurethane, Printalon® polyamide PA6

    Options: ZZ or 2RS seal, stainless steel core, corrosion resistant stainless steel bearings, hydrolysis resistant Vulkollan®, cold store bearings, EN or EM seal, ZV bearings

    5. Press-on-tyre

    Press-on tyre or bandages consist of a custom-turned steel ring with elastic tread. These press belts are pressed onto a metal core with a heavy press fitting. Metric and thumbse versions available.

    Options: With or without keyway, tread smooth (FL)  or with profile (GL), flat or curved tread, roughened tread, corrosion-resistant wheel core treatment, hydrolysis-resistant tyre treatment, anodising, specific wheel core coating, electrically conductive tyre, alternative hardness for more grip or higher load capacity

    6. Equipment wheel

    Equipment wheels carry the load of the device or application. These wheels are only available in castors. ONLY FOR THE DOMESTIC MARKET.

    Applications: MRO, equipment construction, furniture industry, small transport vehicles, fittings

    Options: Plate or bolt hole attachment, stainless steel fork, expander fitting for square or round tube

    7. Glass transport roller
